After two weeks of going over to Louise's house for meals, I finally got the repair man over to fix the fridge AND....for $188 he replaced the relay something or other switch. I celebrated by going to Cub and buying lots of meat! I got a 40 oz rack of ribs for $7 and...well you get the drift. Louise is going to help me cook up stuff and then I will freeze it - ADDING it to the list so I can track my freezer stuff. ANYway---a far field from greens BUT I did lunch on stuff I picked from the garden yesterday: cucumbers, radishes, parsley and a small tomato.
Gotta apply for a job so the priorities are all over the place....Get ER Done!!
I'm really glad your meat isn't green . . . that would be nasty! Your garden bounty sounds really yummy. I've been craving fresh garden tomatoes and fresh-made salsa lately. You had a very productive day/week! Go, Salad Girl!
