For the week of June 4-10, I drew #11: "Gently, slowly stretch your muscles this week." Since I was stressed and tense, this was a really good one. My shoulders have been aching a lot, so stretching them (and my arms) out helped a lot. I also stretched my legs. I'd love to get a massage, but haven't had time lately. (I have a gift certificate that I got as a birthday gift, so I may need to just take the time!)
Yes, stretching and hugging my dog instead of playing THE SPIDER would be good to do...now to only implement it...
